Country Charm Historic Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast sits on seventy acres in the heart of Kentucky Bluegrass country. We are located just off US 27/68 between Paris and Lexington. Shady Brook Golf Course is across the road.

While relaxing and dining at Country Charm, you are fifteen minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park, site of the 2010 FEI Alltech World Equestrian Games; Lexington with its full arts and entertainment venues, historic Henry Clay’s Ashland, Mary Todd Lincoln House, and John Hunt Morgan home; Transylvania University, the University of Kentucky, and Rupp Arena; and Paris, home of “Horses, History, and Hospitality” center for antiques, the Wallis House, Cane Ridge Shrine, Claiborne Farm, and Duncan Tavern.

Drive up to 90 minutes, and you reach Louisville; Cincinnati; Berea, Kentucky’s arts and crafts capital; Frankfort with the state capitol and Thomas Clark History Center; Richmond and Eastern Kentucky University; the Red River Gorge; Fort Boonesborough; and Renfro Valley.
