The dark red brick, circa 1910, Arts and Crafts house sits on a corner in the tree lined Buena Vista area, where streets are divided into boulevards by leafy medians. So even though this is technically suberbia, the atmosphere is much more park like. The birds are especially tuneful around Helton House because as much time has been devoted to the plantings and landscaping of the surrounding garden as to the decor and furnishings of the house.
